This is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the entire third floor of a renovated home with four apartments. It features double pane windows, central AC, and hardwood floors & cathedral ceilings throughout. The ceramic kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, glass top stove, track lighting, a pantry, room for a table, and an open wall that looks out into the living room. There are two full bathrooms with inlaid ceramic tile. The large master bedroom has a wall of bright windows, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, and private access to one of the bathrooms. The second bedroom is also a nice size with a very large closet. As you walk into the apartment there is a large circle entryway where you can access all the rooms, living room, kitchen, main bathroom, and both bedrooms. The entry room is the only hallway in the apartment. There is a fire escape accessible from the kitchen. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. Heat is electric. This is a 4 unit home located in East Liberty. The tenants share a covered front porch, coin operated laundry on the first floor, and a large back yard that's fenced in.
