I recently closed on 810 Gage St. The building has two apartments, I will be living in the upstairs apartment and renting the downstairs apartment. I plan on having occupancy permits finalized with the town on the 18th. The apartment will be available on 10/23. The apartment is right down the street from the YMCA and a quick walk downtown. The address is an easy drive to the 279 bypass. There is off-street parking available, however the driveway is narrow. I plan on widening the driveway to allow for side-by-side parking. I require the tenant to maintain renters insurance. Pets are negotiable, but will require a deposit. No smoking in the apartment or on the property. Snow removal will be covered by the landlord.
