Also includes a queen sized Murphy bed for saving space, as well as large closet. Overall this is a very clean, cozy unit and with all amenities included- for the price, it can't be beat! This house is surrounded by a large yard with trees, additional shed for storage, a large patio and gazebos for entertainment, one parking space with ample street parking, friendly neighbors and a true family community. Given that it is a basement unit, it is suggested that renters be 5'10" and under, however, this is really more about the renters comfort level and is completely the renters decision.
