This house is located midway between Appleton, Stevens Point, and Oshkosh. It is 10 miles south of Waupaca and 8 miles north of Wild Rose on a private road in very quiet surroundings. LP heat is not includedtt. Absolutely NO pets or smoking. Landlord is located next door so there is no issue with addressing problems. Electricity bill (under $50) is extra although there will be some monetary benefit for the renters because of solar panels. Cooking and hot water fuel is supplied by LP which is also extra. Any solar benefit is a free perc. Lower level is not included except to walk through to use the garage and laundry. Plowing at 3" of snow is provided. Owner must access lower level at any time. Must have good credit standing, employment record, no money judgements, excellent references. Due upon signing lease is $1750. This rental is the upper level only - 900 sq ft. Steps are inside house. The downstairs must stay completely empty. Owner will access it at any time. This apartment is partially furnished with a single bed, table and two chairs, dresser, and couch. Minimum lease is two months. Month-to-month lease. Can guarantee at least a 3-month lease. House is for sale. Must take care of your own garbage and recycling.
