All the Roku Smart TVs are setup with internet streaming services. Room darkening shades have been installed for daytime sleep! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked in the bathroom. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig is provided, and we also provide a starter supply of K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Free laundry is available on site! The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also stocked for your convenience! You'll have access to a garage stall during your stay! Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment, the basement for the washer and dryer, the general shared hallway space in the building, a garage stall, the driveway and yard space. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. Downtown Neenah is only a few minutes' drive or a leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are also available. Owner pays all utilities, including heat, electricity, water/sewer and internet service. Lease is minimum 30 days.
