This wonderful bright and cheery basement apartment is available starting November 15th. It is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains and close access to skiing, hiking and outdoor adventures, 5 minutes away from Big Cottonwood Canyon. The apartment has two rooms (one which can be an office or a living room area), very large kitchen with extra storage and a bathroom that faces south, with a window to let in extra light. Both rooms also feature large closets. There is also an outdoor area that is shaded below the deck with a table for entertaining or hanging outside. Entrance is separate and through the laundry room. The backyard is shared with the owner and has a designated fire pit and additional outdoor storage as needed. There are also spaces for gardening in the summer!! The rent will be $1,650. This includes all utilities. You will only be responsible for your internet/cable. I would like a tenant that is non-smoking and respectful. NO pets.
