Doggie door and utilities included. Newly done furnished 2 bedroom upstairs apartment with back deck, entrance and large fenced yard. Unit has Wifi (and Netflix, Prime and Hulu). Furniture is mid-century and new as is the fridge and washer and dryer. Parking is off street. The kitchen is small with a sink, countertop oven, but also an air fryer, a griddle and a microwave which seems to cover all the bases. The deck is brand new and covered. Also this unit is on a cul-de-sac so the neighborhood is quiet. I am a travel writer and would be gone sometimes. It's pretty charming up there. Smokers are allowed but not in the house, on the deck. The last renter went on tour and was not around the entire six months so he could not justify just keeping an apartment, but he was great. I am easy to live with and do not sweat the small stuff.
