Guests have access to a large suite that is attached to the house but with separate entrance and no access to the main house. The setting is a quiet street in hip East Nashville that's just a very short walk to local restaurants, bars, and peaceful parks. A short ten-minute drive to downtown, Bridgestone Arena, and the honky-tonks of Lower Broadway, with Five Points closer still. We're also only twenty minutes from Nashville International Airport. Parking spot on the premises for up to two vehicles. No smoking allowed inside the property. No pets allowed. Good credit, rental and employment history, and references required.
