We will be traveling during the first part of 2024. We are offering our 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper floor apartment in the highly desirable Meadows neighborhood of Middleton. This is a short-term rental from 1st Jan 2024 through end of May 2024, however the end date is somewhat flexible. Ideal for a temporary solution during spring semester. This is not a whole house rental - the downstairs portion of our home is already rented. Two bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, plus new four-season sunroom with woodstove for winter evenings! Laundry in building. Fully furnished with king bed in bedroom 1, bunkbed in bedroom 2, large sectional sofas in living room and sunroom, dining table, etc.... We can also leave our dishes, pots and pans, etc... if desired. Kid and pet friendly. No extra fee for pets. All utilities included, including high-speed fiber internet. Large, fully fenced in back-yard and multi-car driveway. We are in a family friendly, quite neighborhood. Short walk to Elm Lawn Elementary school, 5 min drive to Kromrey Middle school, 15 min drive to UW Madison campus. Short walk to University Ave for bus line to downtown Madison and UW Madison campus. Nearby grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Walking distance to lovely downtown Middleton for library, restaurants, and entertainment. Owner pays for all utilities
