I'm looking to rent my unit for 3 to 4+ months, between December 23 and May 1. Dates are somewhat flexible. This is the second floor in a two flat building. The downstairs is rented to a young man who does IT work for the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He lives by himself and has no pets.
