Our home has a gorgeous view of the Latah Valley and abuts the local bluff trail system frequented by hikers, runners, and mountain bikers. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, your own private entrance, and off-street parking. The apartment is fully furnished. It has new flooring, quartz countertops, custom kitchen cabinets, smart TV, a dishwasher, a large under-mount sink, ductless heating and cooling, gas fireplace, a stacked washer and dryer, a large walk-in shower, a built-in dresser, and large closet. Wi-fi, electricity, garbage collection, water, sewer, and gas are all included. Off-street parking is included. Utilities that are included in rent: garbage, electricity, wi-fi, water, gas. We collect the first and last month's rent if renting longer than one month. We are comfortable with month-to-month or up to a one-year lease. This is a no-pet, no-smoking property. The renter will have their own parking spot at the apartment entrance. The apartment is located in the basement of our home and the renter accesses the property from the alley behind the house. Income, rental history, criminal background check, and references will all be considered. This is a one-person studio apartment. Subletting is not allowed.
