Lease takeover: Beautiful apartment in NE side of town close to most essential shopping centers, dining places close by, schools and hospital. Apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Amenities include washer and dryer in apartment and another set in building, dish washer, large patio, locked exterior doors, large closets, and vinyl flooring . Swimming pool, barbecue area, gym, and friendly, welcoming, and considerate staff. Pet friendly: do not have to pay pet deposit! New renovations on site including a new pool, new locked exteriors building doors, new interior to hallways and stairs, and new landscaping. Lease is to expire in July 2024, price is $1250. You do not have to pay deposit! Looking for someone to take over my lease by mid November or sooner. Apartment will not be furnished. Renter responsible for all utilities, gas, trash, and building electricity is billed to you via apartment website. Renter pays electric and wifi separately. Lease listed has two monthly pet rent that can be taken off or left on lease depending on renters preference, all deposits on apartment and on pets are taken care of! Lease is shorter term, ends in July 2024. Lease renewal offers any length of lease. No smoking, parking is free unless you buy a covered designated parking spot. Lease will be transferred to you! Once I am off lease, you will be responsible for upkeep, fees, and payments.
