Kick back and relax in this calm and cozy space! Newly renovated, fully furnished, two-bedroom unit, equipped with all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Perfect for traveling professionals, this private apartment is ready to be your home away from home. The quiet neighborhood makes it easy to unwind, but Federal Hill and Downtown Providence are just minutes away for when you need to get out for some fun. This unit is the second-floor apartment in a two-family home. We (hosts) live in the first-floor apartment and we have two pups, though you'll likely never interact with them. The apartment has a private entrance through the side door and is equipped with keyless entry. Two (free) parking spaces are available in the tandem-style driveway next to the house. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a gas stove. All cutlery, bakeware, and cookware is provided. Basic cooking supplies and coffee will be provided to get you started. Both bedrooms and the living room have blackout shades, perfect for a nightshift nurse or a mid-day nap. All bedding as well as spare linens are provided. The bathroom is equipped with towels and enough toiletries to get your started. For longer term stays (1mo+) we ask that guests replenish their toiletries as needed. There is a workspace off of the living room as well as a utility closet that has a vacuum and swiffer for the guests that would like to tidy up during longer stays. Pets are allowed as long as they are house broken and do not have tendencies to chew or claw furniture (or other household items). The unit does not have a litter box, but there are a few discreet places you can put one. We will put the gate at the top of the stairs before you arrive to keep your pets on the second floor. We are open to all requests if you find the unit is missing something. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and continue to improve the space for guests to come. Fully furnished unit with all utilities (sewer, water, electric, gas, and wifi) included. Tenant only pays rent. Homeowners will manage all lawn care and snow removal. 3-6mo lease terms are preferred but lease term is flexible. First month and security deposit due at signing.
