This is the second floor of the house. It is completely furnished and is available for short term rental. One month minimum. There is an open floor plan , basically a loft with one bathroom. There is a deck off the dining room. . Nice kitchen with Viking stove , dish washer, fridge microwave and its stocked pots and pans , utensils. Not a great deal of storage space though. There is parking for one car. This would be ideal for a travel nurse or doctor or someone on a short term assignment. Everything is supplied, sheets , towels . All you need to bring is your clothing. Near hospitals and access to 95/195. I live on the first floor . Washer/ dryer in the basement. This has been rented on Airbnb for the last 9 years. I'm looking for a tenant who will appreciate the space and not be destructive.maximum 2 people. Ideally 1 Thank you Tenant pays for gas / heat/ hot water
