It's located at the upper floor of the building, one parking spot right in front of the entrance, many visitor spots as well, and features a very private patio facing the trees. Tenant will only pay for electric and cable (internet), all the other utilities go in the rent. Usually the electric bill is between $30-$60 depending on the season. (AC is electric, heating is gas) The unit doesn't have washer/dryer but there's a laundry room in the vecinity (50 yards away) where payment can be done with coins or card. 25-30 minutes from DC during normal traffic hours. The community features pools, tennis courts, hiking trails and community rooms. The area is very quiet, safe and clean and it's close to several plazas and stores like Giant, CVS, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and so on. Pets allowed on case by case basis. Tenant is responsible for the electric bill and cable (internet). Owner pays for all other utilities (water, gas, trash etc.) Smoking is not allowed inside. Lease duration: 1 year minimum
