The apartment is fully insulated and heated by natural gas and is very economical to heat. There is hardwood flooring in the bedrooms and living room and ceramic flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Off street parking is provided for one vehicle. The entrance to the apartment is private. Preference given to applicants that complete an application Tenancy: Tenant at Will (30 days notice) First month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit (1,000.00) required Tenant is responsible for all utilities (natural gas, electric, cable). Water is paid by the landlord Pets are not allowed (no dogs, cats, rabbits, etc), fish not allowed, reptiles are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or around the property. A carpet cleaning fee is assessed at the end of the rental. Tenant is allowed one off street parking location.
