From this location you can easily walk or jump on a bike or scooter to get to Broadway restaurants, Bellevue Ave shopping and dining, take a stroll on Cliff Walk, or spend the day at Easton's beach, and you'll find convenient access to the Newport Pell Bridge, Rt 138 and Rt 114, as well. When you are not out exploring the city, there is a sunny deck available for all the condo residents to use as well as a large yard space for relaxing and entertaining. There may also be flexible rental dates if you want to extend your stay into June as well. Sorry, no pets permitted. Owners will bundle both months for $20k total.
