Townhouse style duplex is 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. The unit has its own driveway with 1 car garage. The entire unit had new waterproof laminate wood flooring put in 1 year ago. The main floor has a fairly open concept layout. As the kitchen, dinning, and living room areas are all open to each other. With hallways leading to the main entrance, stairs, and half bathroom. The L shaped kitchen has corian counters and newer appliances. The dinner area features a large pantry. The large living room has a patio door going to your private patio. The upper floor features two bedrooms and the full bathroom. The master bedroom has plenty of space to accommodate a king bed and features a small wall-in closet. While the second bedroom isn't as large it still feels comfortable with a queen size bed in it. The unit has its own private basement with washer and dryer. And even though it is not a finished basement most of my tenants have used it as a extra hobby/ play space. People with past evictions or current collections owed will not be accepted. Must have monthly income 3 times the rent. I don't use zillows applications. My application forms are available at showings. The water, sewer, and trash are included. All other utilities are the tenants responsibility. The tenants are responsible for maintaining their side of the properties yard and walkways. No Cats! Dogs are allowed with extra deposit and fees with landlords approval of them.
