This stylish loft apartment features everything you need for a great Milwaukee home base. Centrally located 2 minutes to the freeway and 10 minutes from the airport with a large Bay window featuring lots of natural light. This unit is fully furnished and includes all utilities and high speed wifi. Spend your evening enjoying a relaxing soak in the new luxury hot tub or streaming your favorite shows with our blazing fast internet and 50 inch Roku smart TV. Wake to your favorite brews or cook breakfast with ease thanks to our fully-loaded kitchen and coffee station. Parking is street parking and is always readily available. We will consider small to medium dog breeds that are relatively quiet and low/no shed as we have allergies in the home. Tenants have access through a private entrance with an electronic smart lock for easy check-in/check-out. Tenants must pay a cleaning fee upon check-out of $160. Rental length may be from a few weeks to several months. Gas/Electric/Garbage/Internet are included in the rent. Electric charges in excess of $200/month may be charged to the tenant at the owners discretion. Arbitrage/Coporate Leases-We will not consider any arbitrage deals unless we have full veto power if guests break house rules as this is our private residence. Arbitrage deals must be structured on a trial basis until 6/1/2024, with possible extension beyond that.
