The 2 units in the duplex are on 1 electric meter, so electricity is split evenly each month. High-speed, fiber Internet access is $40 (mandatory.) No other charges. Washer and dryer available on the property (free.) It's less than 4 miles to OSU, so you can bike it. The fine print: No pets, no smoking, no drugs tolerated. This rental is setup for one person, not two. If you are looking for party-central, look elsewhere. If you want to have groups of people hanging out, staying overnight, look elsewhere.
