Tenant will need to bring their OWN refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer (if you choose to utilize the hookups). 1 year lease. Rent and 1 month security deposit due prior to moving in. Landlord pays up to $30 a month in garbage and up to $70 a month in water. Tenant is responsible for any amounts over and all other utilities. No pets. No Section 8 or Step programs.
