This is a 1st floor large studio apartment that rents for $650 plus electric (lights, appliances, and baseboard heat). This apartment has a T-shape layout. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom/living room combination. The kitchen has nice vinyl floors, a wooden eat-in bar spot, and comes with a fridge and stove. There is also the back entrance with a small deck that leads into the kitchen. The bedroom/living room combo offers high coffered ceilings, carpet, a white brick faux fireplace with built-in hardwood shelves. There is also a small closet. The bathroom has a bigger shower and a small storage space. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to downtown which offers restaurants, shopping and activities. We are close to the hospital, YMCA, and bus route. We are located in between both Penn and Lycoming Colleges with close access to the highways. The leases are month-to-month with an automatic renewal. Our application is $30 per person aged 18 and older. We offer both on and off street parking. We do have coin operated laundry facilities on site. We do not allow smoking/vaping or pets.
