The Manor Inn Apartments are Asheville's premier address. Originally built in 1896, The Manor has had a bright and colorful history that changed directions once again in 1993 when its current owners bought the building and restored it to its grand and elegant style for use as apartments. Since then, The Manor has enjoyed tremendous popularity due to its beautiful interiors, graceful exteriors, tremendous location, privacy, and security. All units have all new plumbing, wiring, and mechanicals; custom cabinets in kitchen and baths, hardwood floors. Kitchens feature range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposer. This unit does include its own washer and dryer. Lovely landscaping, several porches and patios for resident use, coded security system for entry into building. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Landlord is responsible for water, sewer, trash, and grounds maintenance. No pets. No co-signers. $50 application fee for each applicant that is 18 years or older - Previous two years of employment references - Previous two years of rental references (or home ownership) - Current credit report (run by Leslie and Associates only, no other source) - Background screening. Background Screening: A criminal background screening is required for each applicant and is subject to review. - VERIFIABLE income Applicants must show proof of ability to pay; gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
