The Villas at Innsbrook is a gated community located at Innsbrook and near West Broad Street shopping and dining plus Nuckols Road shopping and dining. The brick and vinyl exterior invites you as you step inside to an open and spacious great room that flows into the kitchen and dining area. The dining area door opens to a balcony that overlooks a beautiful, wooded area. The kitchen features a pantry, refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and a Lazy Susan. The spacious great room has a ceiling fan plus gas fireplace and prewired for surround sound. Several tall windows with shades offer natural illumination throughout the house. The primary suite is spacious and features a ceiling fan, tall windows with blinds, Berber carpet and two closets: one of them walk-in and the other a double door linen closet. The primary bath offers double vanity with cabinets/drawers. It also has a shower/tub, and the floors are tile. The other bedroom is also spacious with a ceiling fan and tall windows with blinds plus a double door closet. Just across the hall is the spacious 2nd full bath, which also has tile floors, a shower/tub and a vanity with cabinets. Affordable and luxurious, this one is too good to ignore. The application fee is $50 (non-refundable) per applicant and includes credit/criminal background check/eviction history. Pets are subject to owner approval and require non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet (two pet maximum). Must begin lease within 4 weeks of acceptance. Applicants must sign a minimum 12 month lease and be willing to sign the lease within 2 days after acceptance. We prefer applicants to physically view the property and apply in person. However, if you are out of state, you will be required to sign a Residential Sight Unseen Acknowledgement for rental properties agreement. The application must be notarized in this scenario. If lease signing is less than 14 days from the lease start date, all funds at lease signing MUST be a cashier check or money order; no exceptions. No cash accepted.
