Rim Rock Apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. It has convenient access to I-205 and a 5 minute walk to the Orange Lite rail and Milwaukie downtown center. There are bus routes within walking distance and 20 minutes from downtown Portland. Less than one mile from the property are several parks, the Willamette River, and various outdoor recreational areas. The unit has been completely remodeled! All brand new SS appliances including a microwave and washer and dryer. The kitchen cabinets, counters are all new. The interior of the unit features vinyl covered floors throughout the unit. All units are separately metered for electricity, and each apartment has electric heat, appliances and hot water heaters.
