Less than one mile from the WCU main entrance toward Sylva just off Highway 107. Private in that there are only two apartments at this location. Suitable for a single person or a couple. Not suitable for children as the apartment is a small "Studio apartment" and there is no yard and the apartment is located at the corner of a private development and very close to a busy 2-lane highway. The kitchen is furnished with appliances including: A "slick top" self-cleaning stove, a Refrigerator with a frostproof freezer/ice dispenser, a Dishwasher and a Microwave. Also furnished are a stack unit Washer and Dryer, AC, and heat pump combo unit. The monthly rent is $925 which includes: high-speed cable internet, city water/ sewer, electricity, heat, AC, etc. All utilities are included less trash disposal and cable TV which is available from the cable company if desired. The recycling center is 1.25 miles away. A one-year lease is available that is renewable on a month-to-month basic after the first year. To apply you will need to furnish excellent references. To secure a lease you need your 1st and last month's rent and a $500 security deposit for a total of $2,350. With impeccable references, your security deposit could be paid in $100 units starting with the second month's rent for a total of $1,850 at the lease signing. The second through seventh monthly payments would be $925 for rent and $100 of the $500 security deposit for a total of $1,025. Months 7 through 12 at the monthly rent of $925.
