Great location close to downtown Jackson. This is a 2 bed 2 full bathroom home. This is the lower level of the duplex. There is a lot of storage space in the basement. Owner will be responsible for paying the water bill, taxes, garbage, and insurance. Tenants will be responsible for Consumers Energy Bill and Rent. Rental Insurance is optional. This will be the first floor unit. This is a duplex and the guest above are very respectful and quiet.
