Background Check: Credit History, Rental History, Criminal. 5. Open bankruptcies will affect your eligibility. 6. Verification of any references provided. This includes professional, personal, and rental references. 7. A denial of one applicant will result in the denial of the entire application. ~ Rental Terms: - Application Fee: $55 approx. per applicant - Security Deposit: $1,700.00 - Rent: $1,700.00 - Administrative Fee: $195.00 ~ Services included: - Water, Sewer, and Garbage. ~ Pet Policy: - Cats and Small Dogs allowed; previous landlord approval.
