Fully furnished beautiful 1-bedroom lower-level apartment on quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Private entrance, comfortably high ceilings, and lots of natural light! Available for stays of 28 days or more; perfect for traveling professionals, nurses, med students on rotation at University of Michigan, people moving to the area in need of temporary short-term or mid-term housing, etc. You'll enjoy: -cooking in the full kitchen (including dishwasher!) -relaxing in front of the Roku TV -sleeping in the comfy queen bed -the desk and high-speed WiFi that make working from home a breeze. Adorable laundry room and garage is shared, everything else is all yours. 1 mile to Depot Town, 15 min to Ann Arbor, ample free parking. You'll enter the home through the side door (with keypad for convenient self check-in) and go down a flight of 10 stairs. At the bottom are the doors to the laundry room and to your basement apartment. A second keypad lets you into the apartment, where you can relax and make yourself at home. Other things to note: The ceiling in your unit is double-insulated, but you may still hear other guests in the upstairs unit walking around and living their lives sometimes. We require all guests to be respectful of quiet hours. The ceilings are 7'5" throughout most of the apartment and 6'6" in one small hallway section and the small area over the desk. All utilities are included, and the apartment is furnished with everything you'll need for your stay. Please read the description carefully before contacting. We accept bookings of 28 days or more!
