[GIRL APARTMENT] LOOKING FOR SUBLEASE FROM JAN 2024 TO AUG 2024 (NEAR CENTRAL CAMPUS AND STARTING TIME CAN CHANGE) Hello! I am looking for 1 girl to sublet the lease in a 4-girl apartment from Jan 2024 to Aug 2024. I live at 1700 Geddes Apartments (6 mins by bus and 12 mins by walk to the central campus), and the price would be $675. You'd share the 2B2B apartment (furnished, 2 floors) with 3 other girls; they are very chill, friendly and easy to talk to. (We had a movie night, cooking together) The price includes free laundry and the basement's common spaces (study room, gym, billiard, etc.). The electric bill is separate and never costs more than $23 per person (I just paid $11 last month). If you are in town and would like to visit then we can make time to do that or I'm open to Facetime for a virtual too. She played tuba and is finishing her degree in Art and Design and FTVM (film). - Leticia (Sophomore) is studying Biology and Sociology. She loves watching sunsets, the lake, and nature adventures.
