As a winter rental, toiletries, paper products, and towels are not provided for tenants. No smoking! No pets! No drugs! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No outside fires including fireworks, fire pits, grilling, etc. No illegal activity. Two parking spots are provided for standard vehicles. No motorcycles, golf carts, boats, trailers, or commercial/extra large vehicles such as oversized trucks etc. will be permitted. (Towing will be enforced for these violations.) Tenants are responsible for taking out their own trash each week. A trash bin is provided outside of the unit. (No trash pickup.)
