Upstairs 1 bed 1 bath. Semi-furnished unit. We are close to campus (about a 10-minute walk) and grocery stores. Also, near a bus line. Each apartment has one free parking space, but parking is tight so you may need to purchase a permit to park on the street. There is laundry on-site. This is a quiet building on a nice street. We are very involved managers. The owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage. The tenant is responsible for electricity and the Internet. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. The deposit is refundable upon move out if the apartment is clean and there aren't any damages.
