A chic beach shack. This simple apartment home is steps to toes in the sand and comes with great beach chairs. A 1 bedroom/1 bath set appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has 1 queen beds, two twin beds (day bed) and one queen sleeper sofa, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach. Pets allowed. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. Please note the deck photos are not meant to be misleading, the deck is a shared deck for the entire apartment building. Basic beach supplies, towels and chairs are provided. We do not provide any type of shared snorkeling gear. All utilities included in the rental rate! Pets are $75 per pet per week or for stays exceeding 6 weeks, the fee is $450. There is a $45 application fee and a one-time $150 move-out cleaning fee. Rent can be prorated and all leases are flexible terms.
