This duplex is conveniently located downtown off Main St and L St. Available to be seen now; a driver's license is required to check out a key at that time. Rent is $1495 plus $50 utility charge = $1545.00 per month. Driving by a unit is encouraged, but we ask that you DO NOT DISTURB OTHER TENANTS. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. PETS: Approved pets will require $250 be added to the deposit.
