Easy access 1-110 that gets you quickly to various areas of Pensacola. Plenty of parking & shared outdoor space. Located across the street from an art center & park. An easy, flat walk takes you to downtown Pensacola, just one block from Palafox St. the main street through downtown Pensacola. The area is safe and is urban, with a variety of people in the community. INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES & WIFI. Unit is furnished. No smoking or pets. Rent is for a single person; an additional person can be added for $250 per month. There is a $35 fee for credit and background check. Lease term preferred to be at least 30 days and up to 12 months.
