Because we want to rent this apartment to people who are considerate of their neighbors, clean in their living habits, capable of paying the rent, and prompt in paying their bills, we use a Rental Application to help us determine whether our applicants meet these qualifications. Answer: Please locate the listing on this site and submit an online nonrefundable application. Note: This payment is required to run your background and credit checks. Specifically, we verify your SSN, driver's license or personal identification numbers, your residential history, your credit history, your criminal history, and your income. We order a credit report and an eviction report. The credit report tells us whether you pay your bills on time. The eviction report tells us whether you have ever been evicted and why. Question: Am I required to pay my rent online? Answer: Yes. You will need a checking or savings account to pay rent digitally. We offer several flexible digital rent payment options. Question: What utilities are included in rent? Answer: Water, sewer, and trash removal. Question: Do I need renter's insurance? Answer: Yes. We want to make sure your family's belongings are protected against fire during the time you are residing in our property. Please be advised that the insurance we carry for our building covers only the building itself against fire. Our insurance does not cover your property in the event of fire. To fully protect yourself, we require that you get a renter's insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice. At the time of signing the Rental Agreement, we will require you provide a proof of your renter's insurance.
