This unit at Fairfax Manor is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (sleeps 4) with a shared private backyard! Located in beautiful Ghent just minutes from restaurants, downtown Norfolk, CHKD, and EVMS. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay. Available for monthly rental. See house rules below for more information** The space The two bedroom units do not have a washer and dryer and there are no laundry facilities on the property. *There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55"" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am - Clean the dishes & return them. - Turn TV off - Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter - Lock door behind you This building has 6 units (4 one bedrooms & 2 two bedrooms) All utilities: water, cable, WiFi & electric are included in monthly rate.
