Coin operated laundry on site. Application fee is $50 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time, non-refundable $350.00 Administrative Fee. Small pets allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.
