This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom mobile home in a mobile home community. This home has washer and dryer connections inside the home but we do not furnish the machines. Tenant pays all own utilities and must have them in their own name. You will need to go online to crashpadcommunities.com to apply. We require first months rent, last months rent and a security deposit up front before you move in. We have a very strict "No Pay No Stay" policy for paying your monthly rent and we welcome any new amazing tenants that can live quietly and pay their rent on time. Our pet policy is that there is a strict 35 pound weight limit and no vicious breeds. There is a $500 pet deposit required. All applicants over 18 must pay a $34.00 background check fee.
