The Rydalmount Road condo is in close proximity to Cleveland destinations (Cleve Clinic, Univ Hospitals, CWRU, Beachwood area, Little Italy, University Circle, and downtown Cleveland). Located on a tree-line street in Cleveland Heights, the condo is pet friendly, fast Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, free parking, and desk stations in every bedroom. All living room and dining room furniture, kitchenware, bedding, beds, Wifi, and TV with Roku hookup provided. The dining room area seats 4 to 6 people and connects to the kitchen. The half bathroom and washer/dryer are located on the first floor and connected to the kitchen area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom is set up with a work area (desk, chair, desk lamp). The master bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV with ROKU hookup. The other 2 bedrooms have a full and single bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Tenant gets two parking spots in parking lot and one spot in the garage. Utilities and security deposit are negotiable and depend on the length of stay.
