Please note this unit is strictly for one person only LEASE: 6-12 months The Fairway Loft is a studio apartment in the Coeur D'Alene public golf course residential neighborhood. This space has a small kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, king bed, desk workspace and futon couch. The T.V. is setup for Netflix, Hulu, etc. through a Roku. Wifi is setup for both streaming and work capabilities. *Note this is a second floor unit and climbing of stairs is required for access. This unit is in a multiplex building and noise from other tenants is possible. * This space has a common foyer entrance with another unit in the building. Off street parking is provided. Please note that this is not a full kitchen (currently only has a sink, microwave, hot plate, fridge and toaster oven). No access to a washer, dryer or outdoor space at this time. The shower is on the small side so please be aware of that! Because there are multiple units in this building, some noise from other guests may be possible. Also some creaking and popping from the large beams. The AC is a wall unit and can be loud. Sleeping Arrangements : Studio style : 1X King-sized Bed, Sleeps 2 You will have the Loft to yourself. Please note this Loft is on the 2nd floor and the use of stairs are required.
