Large, bright, first floor one bedroom apartment about half a block from Musser Park in the city of Lancaster. The apartment is well laid out and has four closets. The kitchen has a dish washer, plenty of space for a table, and has hook ups for a combo washer/dryer for laundry; we can supply a unit for an added cost if desired. Very close to most things the city has to offer - Lancaster General Hospital (Penn Medicine), the convention center, bars, restaurants - and only about a ten minute walk to places like Central Market. Still a fairly central location, just a bit more quiet than the heart downtown. Street parking. The tenant is responsible for the electric and gas bills, landlord covers the water and trash. The apartment has all new windows, which saves on the utility costs; the heat system is a forced air gas furnace. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside of the building; this includes vaping. The typical lease term is one year, but we are willing to rent for less than a year for a premium on the rent. Pets are permitted with certain limitations. Generally speaking we try to limit it to two pets and our insurance company will not allow for the usual restricted breeds of dogs. We do occasionally allow a third pet and some breeds of dogs over 40 pounds on a case by case basis. We require a (free) pre-application before scheduling a showing.
