This unit has been recently updated and is ready to rent. There is new flooring in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Hardwood floors are in the living and dining areas. The kitchen has granite counter tops, vinyl plank flooring and includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and range. A washer and dryer are on site. A deck welcomes you as you enter the rear door. This is a month to month lease, however the rent rate will not change for the first year. You must provide a 45 day written notice of vacating. Water/sewer and trash are included in rent. You are responsible for electric and gas. The heat and hot water are run by a gas furnace. You are responsible for mowing the grass. We can allow one small dog on a case by case basis, for an additional monthly fee. No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted. There are two off street parking spaces available.
