The first floor consists of an eat-in kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms and living room. The basement has two open rooms (which will undergo construction to make it more private). I am considering this as a three-bedroom/1Bath because of the basement. Amenities: exclusive backyard access, driveway that fits two cars back to back, stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal because 2nd floor will not have access to back yard. (This is fair). Tenant is responsible for PSE&G (gas and electric). Landlord is responsible for water and sewer. One year. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. Cats only. Tenant is responsible for (PSE&G) gas and electric.
