This tiny home was built by a local non-profit whose purpose is to build skills and reduce homelessness. We love their mission their work and their people. We purchased this model tiny home from them in the fall of 2021 and modified it to be a permanent accessory dwelling behind one of our other guest homes. It is tiny but has everything you need for a tiny life experience long or short. 1-3 month occupancy is $1200/month. Rent includes furnished tiny home with utilities, internet and lawn maintenance. 30 days or longer term only. $500 security deposit and proof of renters insurance. 650 credit score, criminal, eviction and credit score screening required for off airbnb occupancy. 3-6 month lease is $1000/month.
