Cozy 36 unit community This is an upstairs 1 bedroom 1bath complete with wood vinyl in kitchen and bathroom, carpets in the living room and bedroom, updated lighting and modern paint! Washer/Dryer included. We are just outside of downtown but still just minute's from shopping and dining. We have a Gazebo with two picnic tables for seating available as well as an outdoor grill. There is a $25 application fee per person 18 and older and a one time $25 administrative fee to be paid before processing your application. Electric needs to be turned on in Renter's name through the City. Breed restrictions do apply for pets and there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $250 pet deposit. Pet rent is $15 a month per pet with a 2 pet max.
