Nice and comfortable second floor one bedroom apartment with spacious bed room and living room. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pet Policy: We must meet and approve any pet that will be living at the property. Each pet requires a fifty-five dollar ($55.00) non-refundable fee. Each pet adds fifty-five dollars to monthly rent. Dangerous dogs (as designated by our insurance company) will not be permitted. No inside smoking allowed. First month's rent, security deposit, any pet fees and first month's pet rent due at lease signing. PS: We make every effort to respond to inquiries within 24 hours or less, however we get a large number of inquires.
