We will need you to fill our our application please. If you would please send us your email address and phone number we will send you an application. So long as you provide us with the documentation we need, there is no application fee. As soon as you send us back a completed application we will go to work on getting you approved. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pet Policy: We must meet and approve any pet that will be living at the property. Each pet requires a fifty-five dollar ($55.00) non-refundable fee. Each pet adds fifty-five dollars to monthly rent. Dangerous dogs (as designated by our insurance company) will not be permitted. No inside smoking allowed. First month's rent, security deposit, any pet fees and first month's pet rent due at lease signing.
