We are looking to sign a 18 month lease however 6 months may be acceptable. 60 day notice required before moving out. Owner pays for water, trash, snow removal, and lawn care! Tenant is only responsible for gas and electric bills! Usually around $100/mo combined! Pets welcome for a one time deposit of $250, and monthly pet rent based on your animal's weight. All interested parties will need to go through our screening process including a criminal background check and credit check. App fee is $40 per person or married couple. No smoking allowed inside the units. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up cigarette butts. Parking is off-street and is first come-first serve. Tenants will be given one parking pass per tenant, on the lease.
