Newly built. This is a fully furnished/all expenses included grandma suite/ADU above the garage of the main house. Guests will have a private pathway to their private entrance up the back stairs. The peaceful and centrally-located condo right along the Flathead River is perfectly nestled between Whitefish & Glacier National Park situated a short walk from downtown Columbia Falls. With a 12 minute drive to-and-from the airport this condo makes exploring many parts of the Flathead Valley easily accessible! The apartment entryway features a quaint and well decorated living room, small bistro dining bar, and a full size kitchen. Smart TV & Wi-Fi included. There is a small hallway leading to the bedroom with a queen size bed & a spacious walk in closet where there is private laundry. There is no other storage available other than the walk in closet pictured. Down the other side of the hallway is the private bathroom with a beautiful standing shower. There is no outdoor area available for the apartment, but our community has wonderful walking trails and benches to enjoy some outdoor entertainment! The community has an inner and outer loop walking paths and a bench down by the river to enjoy. Parking will be available in a designated spot in the driveway or in any of the community guest parking. No pass required. No on street parking. There are two parking areas closest to the house for any visitors- one across the street and one just one house down to the river. Fully furnished (not available unfurnished). All bills included (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi). Absolutely NO smoking or vaping. NO pets. Overnight guests staying more than one night must be approved by owners. Owners occupy main house 50% of the time. Available 1/1/24-5/15/24. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, available credit score, and rental references. First months rent and security deposit due at signing.
